What is Shopware?

Shopware is an e-commerce platform from Germany, widely used by European merchants. Shopware 6 is built on Symfony and Vue.js, with an API-first core, a rule builder for prices and promotions, and apps and plugins for everything else.

It sits between hosted platforms and fully custom builds: open source at its core, with commercial editions for larger stores.

How I use Shopware

At TeamQ I built a Shopware 6 version of a German premium kitchen-appliance retailer's store. It is one project rather than years of practice, so I rate it as working knowledge: I know how a Shopware store is put together and where it differs from WooCommerce.
