BigQuery

Google Cloud's serverless data warehouse. It runs SQL over very large tables, and GA4 can export its raw event data into it.

What is BigQuery?
BigQuery stores data in tables and answers SQL queries over billions of rows in seconds, with no servers to manage: you pay for storage and for the data each query reads.
GA4 can export every raw event to BigQuery, daily or as a stream, which answers the questions the standard GA4 reports cannot.
How I use BigQuery
I use BigQuery with the GA4 export, when a question needs the raw events rather than a standard report.
