What is DNS?
The Domain Name System maps names to the records computers need: A and AAAA records for addresses, CNAMEs for aliases, MX records for mail and TXT records for verification and email security. It was designed in 1983 and every website depends on it.
Most site moves succeed or fail on DNS: records lowered in advance, switched at the right moment, and nothing forgotten, such as the records that keep email working.
How I use DNS
At TeamQ, DNS, DMARC, SPF and Cloudflare were part of every site migration, so email and search survived the move. Today I handle the domains and redirects for the sites of the companies my employer has acquired.

Projects with DNS
I use DNS on every Cloudflare project, so those count here too.
