What is Klaviyo?
Klaviyo connects to a store's customer and order data and uses it to send email and SMS: welcome series, browse and cart abandonment flows, post-purchase messages and campaigns segmented by what people actually bought.
Its strength is the data. Flows trigger on real store events, and results are reported in revenue, not just opens.
How I use Klaviyo
At Atlas I set up Klaviyo flows for abandoned carts on the BigCommerce store, part of the work during which conversion rose 20% and cart abandonment fell 18%.
