What is Drupal?
Drupal is an open-source CMS written in PHP, first released in 2001. It is strong on structured content types, fine-grained permissions and multilingual sites, which is why governments and universities use it. Modern versions are built on Symfony components.
How I use Drupal
Drupal is working knowledge for me: I know how a Drupal site is put together, its content types, views and modules, but WordPress is where I build.
